Registry Assistant

• Responsible for providing high level administrative support to all operations of Registry & Admissions

Senior MIS Officer

• Provide MIS support to all operations of Registry & Admissions and other key areas of the College
• A key role in developing computerised systems and providing related management information
• Operate the student loans system
• Maintain records and produce major funding return
• Produce of management and student information for internal and external reporting purposes
• Key contact on matters relating to MIS throughout the College

Examinations Officer

• Process examination entries and administrative support to all aspects of the exams process
• Assist with the production and circulation of the exam timetable and deal with the checking of exam documentation
• Arrangements for invigilation and the production of associated guidance documents
• Co-ordinate the collation, production, secure storage and issue of exam question papers
• Liaison with exam boards
• A point of contact for external candidates

MIS Officer

• A key role in developing computerised systems and providing related technical support and training to the team
• Responsible for the development, maintenance and support of student-related systems, databases, applications
• Responsible for funding returns and specifically the development of Unite Columbus Reports, CMIS Timetabling and Unite Curriculum

Head of Registry & Admissions

• responsible for managing and leading a team of highly skilled administrators responsible for carrying out the day-to-day execution of Registry & Admissions duties
• Liaison with, and provide advice to, applicants, students, academic staff, the Management Team, schools/colleges, UCAS, and other external bodies
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and development of the student records system and for ensuring that key policies and procedures are appropriately supported by it
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of undergraduate admissions and UCAS Correspondent

FE Admissions Officer

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Further Education applications and admissions
• A point of contact for FE admissions tutors, staff and students in relation to FE admissions
• Liaison with external agencies such as the awarding bodies
• Administer the following subject areas Horticulture, Agriculture, Countryside, Sport, Art and Design and Floristry
• Assessment of student fees & liaise closely with our Finance department
• Administration and notification of student registration changes such as course transfers, withdrawals and personal details changes

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Further Education applications and admissions
• A point of contact for FE admissions tutors, staff and students in relation to FE admissions
• Administer the following subject area RHS
• Liaison with external agencies such as the awarding bodies and confirms student registrations

• Responsible for the operation of internal Room Bookings and the Examinations timetable
• With the Examinations Officer produce the Examinations timetable

• The administration of student course and module registrations and requests for modular changes and transfers
• Assessment of student fees and liaison with our Finance department

• Responsible for the production of Higher Education awards and certificates

• Responsible for the administration of international admissions
• A point of contact for international applicants and students
• Administration of the Immigration Points Based System – Tier 4 and Certificate of Acceptance of Study (CAS)
• Liaison with external agencies such as the UKBA

• Responsible for the operation and development of the CMIS timetabling and the production of academic teaching timetables
