Course Aims
This course is designed for students who plan to work in the equine industry in a 'hands-on'; manner, having a strong emphasis on applied horse handling skills in either a stud or equitation-based environment.
Special Features
A general grounding in business skills and scientific issues relating to the production feeding and training of a variety of specialist topics such as grassland management, equine technology and reproduction. Year 2 options include Exercise and Training and Grassland Science and Production.
