Biography
I studied Botany at Durham University, a masters in crop protection at Reading University and completed a PhD in Plant Pathology at Imperial College in London. I started my teaching career in the FE sector and then moved to HE teaching, gaining experience of curriculum and programme design in consultation with industry. I now have a dual role within the College as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Sustainable Environments and as Postgraduate Co-ordinator for taught postgraduate provision. I have an interest in quality assurance, learning enhancement and with student transition to studies at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
