Course Aims

There is an opportunity for those students interested in Supply Chain Management to take this as a minor which will represent 25% of the degree.

Course Content

The course focuses on how to supply the customer with the right product at the right price, in the right place, at the right time. The Supply Chain Management strand includes modules on consumer behaviour and markets, advertising and sales, Product design and Packaging, Post Harvest Technology and International Strategy and Supply Chain Management.
