Horticultural success at Worshipful Company of Gardeners

HRH the Earl of Wessex Prince Edward presented prizes to two graduates from the School of Horticulture at Writtle College last night.

The evening event was held in honour of the Worshipful Company of Gardeners, with Peter Jones and Alastair Arnold receiving prizes worth £250 each. The prizes recognised the outstanding achievements of both students while studying in the School of Horticulture at Writtle.

Both students graduated in 2009 obtaining a 1st class degree in Horticulture. The prizes were presented by at the Company's Autumn Court Dinner held in Inner Temple Hall London.
